Lemon-Garlic Dijon Mustard Aioli

Lemon-Garlic Dijon Mustard Aioli takes 4 of the world's best condiments and slaps them together: Lemon, Garlic, Dijon Mustard and Mayonaise.

Ingredients
1 cup Hellmann's® Real Mayonnaise
2 tsp Dijon Mustard
1½ Tbsp Lemon Juice (juice of 1 lemon), fresh preferred, Lemon Juice works
2-3 cloves (tsp) Garlic, or Roasted Garlic, very finely minced or mashed.
(1 clove is equivalent to 1 tsp)
¾ tsp Kosher Salt
½ tsp Black Pepper

Combine all ingredients into mixing bowl and whisk together.

Place mixture into airtight container and refrigerate for 30 minutes to one hour.

Transfer mixture into decorative bowl for presentation.

Place on table as a dip or mustard and enjoy

Place unused Aioli into an airtight container and store in refrigerator for no more than 1 week. Use as needed during the week.
