| 1 cup Hellmann's® Real Mayonnaise |
| 2 tsp Dijon Mustard |
| 1½ Tbsp Lemon Juice (juice of 1 lemon), fresh preferred, Lemon Juice works |
| 2-3 cloves (tsp) Garlic, or Roasted Garlic, very finely minced or mashed. (1 clove is equivalent to 1 tsp) |
| ¾ tsp Kosher Salt |
| ½ tsp Black Pepper |

1 Combine all ingredients into mixing bowl and whisk together. |
2 Place mixture into airtight container and refrigerate for 30 minutes to one hour. |
3 Transfer mixture into decorative bowl for presentation. |
4 Place on table as a dip or mustard and enjoy |
5 Place unused Aioli into an airtight container and store in refrigerator for no more than 1 week. Use as needed during the week. |
